You may use all instrumental MIDI files, native device presets, and original audio samples (excluding vocal samples) to create your own original musical compositions.

*Vocals sold in the stand alone WAV and MP3 sample packs are royalty free and may be used in any original composition. 

Prohibited:

Buyers are strictly forbidden from repackaging, reselling, or redistributing these samples and presets as part of a commercial sample pack or loop library without express written consent.

• The buyer is solely responsible for owning or acquiring their own licenses for any third-party VSTs, plugins, or Sample Packs used in the project.
• “All trademarks, trade names, soundtracks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. No liability is assumed for unauthorised use of copyrighted material or unlicensed third-party software.”

• The project requires a licensed version of Ableton Live.
• Ableton’s native Core Library and Live Pack sounds are subject to Ableton’s End User License Agreement, which dictates that sounds must be significantly transformed into original compositions.

• “This project file is licensed, not sold, to the original purchaser. You may not resell, share, upload to cloud-sharing sites, or otherwise distribute this .als file or its contents to third parties.”

• Project are provided as shown in respective YouTube videos
• EB Sounds takes on no liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the project files.
